We work with a fixed menu, attuned to the rhythm of the seasons and the availability of products.
On public holidays, we exclusively serve our degustation menu.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a fully vegetarian or vegan menu, nor a menu consisting solely of meat. Guests with life-threatening allergies are kindly asked to inform us in advance. For modifications requested at the restaurant, a surcharge of €45 will be applied.
As we work with daily fresh produce, small changes may always occur. Adjustments to the menu may result in additional supplements.
